With our basic monitoring service, we will keep you up to date on your Windows updates, your anti-virus definitions, and anti-spyware if you choose to run that, too. We'll also keep an eye on other key vitals like the amount of free hard drive space you have on your servers.

For this service we charge a $90 base fee, plus $18 per server, and $9 per workstation that you want monitored. At least one of your servers or workstations must be accessible from the internet so we can log in and perform the maintenance for you.
